Angiokeratoma of Mibelli is a type of cutaneous vascular anomaly that I frequently encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology offices.  Clinically, Angiokeratoma of Mibelli appears as small red papules that have a warty appearance.  The most common location to find Angiokeratoma of Mibelli are the dorsal surface of the hands/feet, knees and elbows.  These lesions are benign but can be treated with a laser or electrocautery.
