Spindle Cell Hemangioendothelioma is a benign cutaneous vascular anomaly that I occasionally encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology offices.  Spindle Cell Hemangioendotheliomas typically appear as blue red nodules that occur localized in a cluster on an extremity.  The etiology usually involves trauma to an underlying blood vessel.  They can be excised but have a predilection to recur after surgical treatment.
