Hidradenoma Papilliferum is a benign apocrine neoplasm that I occasionally encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology offices.  Hidradenoma Papilliferum is almost always found in the vulvar and perineal areas.  It appears as a flesh colored dermal nodule.  Treatment of Hidradenoma Papilliferum is with surgical excision.
