Angiokeratomas of the Scrotum are a very common skin condition that I encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology offices.  Clinically, Angiokeratomas of the Scrotum appear as small red or purple papules that are superficially located along the scrotum.  These lesions may bleed profusely if scratched.  They are benign and if treatment is desired electrocautery or laser can be done.
