Annular Sarcoidosis is a cutaneous morphological variation of Sarcoid that I encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology offices.  The lesions in Annular Sarcoidosis have a ring like circular shape.  The color of Annular Sarcoid is usually reddish brown but may also appear pink.  The lesions in Annular Sarcoid may resolve with scarring or dyspigmentation of the skin.  This type of Sarcoidosis has a predilection for the head and neck and is usually associated with a more chronic type of Sarcoid.
