Macular Sarcoid is a very common form of cutaneous Sarcoidosis that I encounter in both my The Woodlands dermatology and Conroe dermatology clinics. Macular Sarcoid clinically appears as flat brown/red lesions usually located on the head and neck. The appearance of Macular Sarcoid may occasionally be mistaken for granulomatous rosacea both clinically and histologically.
